I Aftonbladet idag skriver man om att – Svenska islamister strider i Syrien – och ”Säpo fruktar att de ska ägna sig åt terror vid hemkomsten” – ”När man återvänder är det möjligt att man kan utgöra ett attentatshot mot Sverige, säger Peste.”

Varför skulle de vilja utföra attentat mot Sverige efter att de varit Syrien? Bildt-regimen som har makten här stödjer ju och står på samma sida som dessa extremister i Syrien. Nej, syftet med en artikel som den här är säkerligen att spä på islamofobin, i linje med ambassadattackerna och den helt omotiverade publiceringen av provocerande teckningar på Mohammed. Det ser ut som att makterna bakom kulisserna tänkt sig att nästa kapitel i världshändelserna ska handla om en konfrontation mellan islam och väst.

The “Innocence” psyop is becoming more convoluted by the day while a French weekly magazine, Charlie Hebdo, run by Stephane Charbonnier, a guy you can hardly find any information about, publishes deliberately inciting cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed as well as Orthodox Jews.

Kanske ingår det i planen att använda samma tema för att komma vidare på vägen mot brutal polisstat i USA. För ett par veckor sen försökte en domare i USA ogiltigförklara den oerhörda NDAA-lagen som Obama godkänt. Denna skulle innebära att den amerikanska militären hade rätt att internera vem som helst på obestämd tid utan rättegång, enbart på misstanke om medhjälp till Al-Qaeda eller liknande organisation (typ de svenska islamister AB skriver om)! Men Obama-administrationen upplever tydligen denna lag som viktig och slog tillbaka och krävde en omprövning av domarens beslut. Som ett skäl till att det var så viktigt att lagen gäller angav någon i regeringen (Panetta?) att man befarade att upploppen mot amerikanska ambassader runt om i världen skulle kunna sprida sig till USA! ”Man” (det bank-finans-olje-militärindustriella komplexets företrädare) brukar gå ut i förväg och förbereda för det man planerar genom någon sorts prognoser eller varningar. A lone appeals judge bowed down to the Obama administration late Monday and reauthorized the White House’s ability to indefinitely detain American citizens without charge or due process.
Last week, a federal judge ruled that an temporary injunction on section 1021 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 must be made permanent, essentially barring the White House from ever enforcing a clause in the NDAA that can let them put any US citizen behind bars indefinitely over mere allegations of terrorist associations. On Monday, the US Justice Department asked for an emergency stay on that order, and hours later US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit Judge Raymond Lohier agreed to intervene and place a hold on the injunction.
The stay will remain in effect until at least September 28, when a three-judge appeals court panel is expected to begin addressing the issue.
On December 31, 2011, US President Barack Obama signed the NDAA into law, even though he insisted on accompanying that authorization with a statement explaining his hesitance to essentially eliminate habeas corpus for the American people.
”The fact that I support this bill as a whole does not mean I agree with everything in it,” President Obama wrote. ”In particular, I have signed this bill despite having serious reservations with certain provisions that regulate the detention, interrogation, and prosecution of suspected terrorists.”
A lawsuit against the administration was filed shortly thereafter on behalf of Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Chris Hedges and others, and Judge Forrest agreed with them in district court last week after months of debate. With the stay issued on Monday night, however, that justice’s decision has been destroyed.
With only Judge Lohier’s single ruling on Monday, the federal government has been once again granted the go ahead to imprison any person ”who was part of or substantially supported al-Qaeda, the Taliban or associated forces that are engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners” until a poorly defined deadline described as merely ”the end of the hostilities.”

Chris Hedges – NDAA: We Won’t Stop Fighting This

In January I sued President Barack Obama over Section 1021(b)(2) of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which authorized the military to detain U.S. citizens indefinitely, strip them of due process and hold them in military facilities, including offshore penal colonies. Last week, round one in the battle to strike down the onerous provision, one that saw me joined by six other plaintiffs including Noam Chomsky and Daniel Ellsberg, ended in an unqualified victory for the public. U.S. District Judge Katherine Forrest, who accepted every one of our challenges to the law, made her temporary injunction of the section permanent. In short, she declared the law unconstitutional.

Almost immediately after Judge Forrest ruled, the Obama administration challenged the decision. Government prosecutors called the opinion “unprecedented” and said that “the government has compelling arguments that it should be reversed.” The government added that it was an “extraordinary injunction of worldwide scope.” Government lawyers asked late Friday for an immediate stay of Forrest’s ban on the use of the military in domestic policing and on the empowering of the government to strip U.S. citizens of due process
